The American Community Survey (ACS) Supplemental Estimates for 2015 are now available on Social Explorer. This added dataset allows users to get more detail on smaller geographies with the most current numbers from the Census Bureau.
For example, the 2015 ACS offers data for geographies with populations of 65,000 or more, while the 2015 ACS Supplemental Estimates have selected variables available for areas of population with 20,000.
While the 2015 ACS has some household value data at the county level, the 2015 ACS Supplemental Estimates have much more. The following map shows the difference in coverage.
