How can I see usage reports for my institution
Social Explorer now offers COUNTER Release 5 reports compliant with the COUNTER Code of Practice. Usage statistics are available from October 2019 onward.
COUNTER R5 reports are available through the usage statistics service in the Social Explorer Admin panel and Social Explorer’s SUSHI service. You need to have an administrator account to log in and view this information.
- Go to the signup page.
- Finish the required steps to create an account.
- Once your account has been created, contact Support and ask to be added as an administrator to your institution's account.

Once our support team has added you as an administrator or if you are already one,
Log in to your individual SE account.
Click on your avatar in the top-right corner, then select My Organization from the dropdown menu to access the Admin panel for your institution/organization.
Click on the Counter Reports tab to access available Counter compliant usage reports.
