Assign a seat to a team member

When purchasing Social Explorer's Business Plan, you can add 2, 5, 10, or 20 seats for the members of your team. Here's what you need to know to assign a seat to a team member.

You can assign seats only to registered Social Explorer users

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Click your avatar in the top-right corner, then click My Licences, or use this link.
  3. Click Plan details under Business plan.
  4. Click Manage Team.

  1. Type your teammate's email address or name in one of the unassigned fields.
  2. Select their profile from the results.

If you do not need professional access to Social Explorer, you can leave the team and assign the available seat to someone else. You will remain the team administrator with the ability to buy and assign seats, but you will no longer have access to the professional features of Social Explorer until you rejoin the team.
