  • Unorganized Territory, NE , Alred, ND, Boreman, SD, Dewey, SD, Lugenbeel, SD, Meyer, SD, Rinehart, SD, Schnasse, SD, Shannon, SD, Tripp, SD, Wagner, SD, Washabaugh, SD, Unorganized Territory, SD, Carroll, LA, Bailey, TX, Bexar District, TX, Briscoe, TX, Cochran, TX, Hockley, TX, Greenwood, CO, Roop, NV, Rio Virgin, UT, Klamath, CA, and Indian Territory are recognized as counties, but lacks total population count. With the exception Unorganized Territory, NE, Alred, ND, Boreman, SD, Shannon, SD, and Indian Territory are missing all enumerations.
