Sample SAS programs (located on: http://www2.census.gov/acs2008_1yr/summaryfile/0SASExamplePrograms/) are provided for users to demonstrate how to read and merge the geographic header file, estimate, margin of error, and standard error data files.

SASCODE.zip - Contains 22,000+ SAS programs, one for each summary file, which can be used to convert each summary file into a SAS Dataset, which include table stubs
