Re-authenticate an institutional license

Your account is linked with the account of your organization or institution, providing you with full access to Social Explorer. For security purposes, you will be asked to re-authenticate linked accounts every three months by connecting to your institutional or campus network and visiting Social Explorer.

Ways to re-authenticate an institutional license

Any of the following methods will automatically attach a Professional License to your account for three months. You may then access the Professional Edition of Social Explorer from any location using your account.

• Visit Social Explorer from your campus and sign in to your account.
• Go to your library website, locate and visit the Social Explorer resource.
• You can use Open Athens if your university supports it by visiting this link: Open Athens sign-in.
