Millennials in prime homebuying ages – 25 to 34 years old – are out there. But where?
According to the 2014-18 American Community Survey, the heaviest concentration of Millennials in that age group are spread out across the country. Forty-seven Census tracts with more than 1,000 people consist of a majority of people born between 1985 and 1995, including neighborhoods in Santa Clara, Calif.
