Notes:
- Race Black was created by Social Explorer by summing Male and Female Blacks.
- State of Alaska and its Counties did not iterate numbers of Blacks.
- Users are advised to calculate black population for Alaska and its counties by subtracting White and Other Races from Total population.
- Hawaii and its counties iterated black population only and neglected White and Other Races.
- Users are advised that the difference between total population and black population is total White and Other Races for Hawaii and its Counties.
- Tippecanoe, ID and Cont. United States aggregated table totals under counted published total population by 3.
