- Deaf and dumb category is the sum of white deaf and dumb age 0 to 13, 14 to 24 and 25 and above in addition to colored deaf and dumb.
- Blind is the sum of white and colored blind.
- Insane and idiotic person at public and private charge is the sum of white and black insane and idiotic person at public and private charge, respectively.
