Notes:
- Unemployment Rate calculated by: aggregating "Persons Having Jobs but On Lay-Off Without Pay, Excluding Those Who are Sick or Voluntarily Idle" and "Persons Out of Job, Able to Work, And Looking For a Job" to obtained Total Unemployed.
- Labor force equals Calculated Unemployment with the addition of "Gainful Workers."
- And finally Total Unemployed divided by Labor force.
