1) Counties of Bottineau, Cavalier, Desmet, Gingras, Logan, McHenry, Mercer, Renville, Rolette, Sheridan, and Stark of Dakota Territory (present day North Dakota), counties of Cheyenne, Delano, Edmunds Forsythe/Fall River, Gregory, Hyde, White River/Jackson, Lugenbeel, Mandan, McPherson, Potter, Pratt, Presho, Tripp, Ziebach (Old),and Unorganized Territory of Dakota Territory (present day South Dakota), and counties of Andrews, Bailey, Carson, Castro, Cochran, Dallam, Hale, Hockley, Lamb, Moore, Ochiltree, Parmer, Sherman, Terry, Yoakum of Texas are all recognized as counties but do not counties any demographic counts. Dickerson County, VA is missing all demographic enumerations except for “property value” and “taxes.”
2) Alaska and its counties contain only total population and white population counts without other enumerations.
