Social Explorer’s Andrew Beveridge Presenting on Demography at Quebec Conference

This week, Social Explorer's Andrew Beveridge is presenting a new paper at the Spatial Analysis in Historical Demography: Micro and Macro Approaches conference, organized by the International Union for the Scientific Study of Population Scientific Panel on Historical Demography in collaboration with the Université du Québec à Chicoutimi with support from the Centre interuniversitaire d’études québécoises (CIEQ) and the Université de Genève.
He will be presenting during the Population, Migration and Movement at the Macro Scale panel. The paper "Spatial Patterns of Changes in Economic Activity, Population and Labor Force in the US, 1970 to 2012: A First Look Using the County Business Patterns, Decennial Census, and the American Community Survey," brings together demographic and economic data in new ways. He coauthored the paper with Social Explorer's Daniel Patrick Miller.
